On November 24, 2017, within the framework of the National FCARM Assembly held in the city of Querétaro, the National Council Registry of the Professional Certification of Architects CONARC granted the NAFTA-MRA Eligibility Certificate to Antonino Javier Medina Puente Certified Architect having satisfied the established criteria and complying with the educational certifications and the corresponding to the professional practice in the exercise of Architecture, fulfilling the requirements of current legislation.

Tri-National Mutual Recognition Agreement for the International Practice of Architecture.

Through this agreement, qualified architects will have the opportunity to offer professional services across the borders of North America, under NAFTA, the Architects of each country who so request and who satisfy the agreement will be able to receive a certification that will lead them to obtain a license in the member countries of the Treaty.

In order to obtain this certification, it must have been previously fulfilled with the State requirements and exigences, the CONARC-FCARM Federal certification. In addition to: having submitted a complete comprehensive work dossier demonstrating a period of not less than 10 years of experience after receiving the registration (Professional ID) of which he/she must have had the responsible control of the exercise of the architecture in all its extension for at least 2 years, proof of professional ethical practice, to have carried out the other administrative and protocol procedures in addition to completing interviews before the Review Committee and evidence of language proficiency, knowledge of the codes and laws of the member countries of the Treaty.

To date and since the creation of the NAFTA there have been only 3 certified architects that satisfy these specific competences in accordance with the Tri-national Agreement and one of them is Antonino Medina Certified Architect member of the College of Architects State of Querétaro CAEQ.

El pasado 24 de noviembre de 2017 en el marco de la Asamblea Nacional FCARM realizada en la ciudad de Querétaro, el Consejo Nacional de registro de la Certificación Profesional CONARC entregó la Constancia de Elegibilidad ARM-TLCAN al Arq. Cert. Antonino Javier Medina Puente al haber satisfecho los criterios establecidos y cumplir con las certificaciones educativas y correspondientes a la práctica profesional en el ejercicio de la Arquitectura cubriendo las exigencias de la legislación vigente.

Acuerdo Trinacional de Reconocimiento Mutuo para la Práctica Internacional de la Arquitectura.

A través de este acuerdo, los arquitectos calificados tendrán la oportunidad de ofrecer servicios profesionales a través de las fronteras de America del Norte, bajo el amparo del TLCAN los Arquitectos de cada país que así lo soliciten y que satisfagan el acuerdo podrán recibir una certificación que los llevará a obtener una licencia en los países miembros del Tratado.

Para obtener esta certificación se tuvo que haber cumplido previamente con los requisitos y exigencias Estatales, la certificación Federal CONARC-FCARM, haber presentado un expediente de trabajo comprehensivo completo demostrando un periodo no menor a 10 años de experiencia posteriores al haber recibido el registro (cédula profesional) y de los cuales se debió de haber tenido el control responsable del ejercicio de la arquitectura en toda su extensión por lo menos menos 2 años, pruebas de práctica profesional ética, haber efectuado los demás trámites administrativos y protocolares además de completar entrevistas ante el Comité Revisor y evidenciar dominio de los idiomas, conocimiento de los códigos y leyes de los países miembros del Tratado.

A la fecha y desde la creación del TLCAN solamente han habido 3 arquitectos certificados que satisfacen dichas competencias específicas conforme al Acuerdo Trinacional y uno de ellos el Arquitecto Certificado Antonino Medina miembro del Colegio de Arquitectos del Estado de Querétaro CAEQ.
