• To tag photos or comment on any Meta platform (including Facebook), please "LIKE" the page. You can Unlike anytime. Tagging may still not work (it was shadow-banned) — Meta hasn’t fixed it yet.

• If you want a picture where you appear removed, please copy the link and message it through the message box. Its deletion will be considered — I don’t see comments in social media, so please don’t just write “delete” and expect it to be done.

• You can use a picture you appear in on Facebook, Instagram or other place for non-commercial purposes. If you crop it and the watermarked area is lost, please give proper credit to the author or link back to the page.

• If you haven’t ordered and paid for photos, DON'T ASK FOR THEM. You’re not owed anything. Doing so may delay your photo in the albums or its publication. Please, don’t be annoying!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS・FAQs

These answers are for Photography questions. If you have questions about Architecture, Design, Mysticism/Magick, or anything else please check the main page, link on the top menu or purchase an Annual Membership, information in the bottom.

COMMISSIONS

Booking a commission or project typically requires a 30–50% retainer. The percentage depends on your event’s details and whether it’s a high-season date. Reach out, and we’ll figure out the best arrangement.

Q: I want to commission you for a photo shoot of my event. What should I do?
A: Contact me with all the important details: when, where, how many attendees, what kind of photos you expect, your budget, and whether we’ve worked together before. Include everything I need to know so we can plan properly — the more complete the info, the smoother the shoot.

Q: Generally, what is your delivery timeframe? When will you post the album?
A: Commissioned projects usually two to three days after the event, depending on our agreement.
There was a time when I posted albums the same day — sometimes minutes before the event even ended. These days, I prefer a more deliberate pace. Good things take time, and anticipation is part of the experience, makes the reveal far more satisfying.

Q: If I commission you for a project, are the photos mine? Will you transfer copyright?
A: No — commissioning a project does not automatically give you copyright. You can share the album link on your social media, but you cannot take the files to make your own album. Sometimes, by separate agreement, I may transfer copyright, license usage, or allow sharing — in those cases I provide written confirmation.

Q: I want to commission you for a project, but I don’t want to see your logo and want to use the photos freely. What’s the difference?
A: That’s possible — the difference comes down to pricing. Usage rights and removal of the logo are part of a separate agreement.

Q: But my event is ultra-secret — it’s a bunch of kinky or “Eyes Wide Shut” style activities.
A: No problem. Just let me know the details — I also handle extreme privacy shoots and maintain full discretion. Secrets are safe with me.

CONTACTING ME

I love these kind of contact: handshakes, hugs, and kisses. What I don’t do is messages or calls. If you didn’t commission photographic services, pease DO NOT CONTACT ME. Especially regarding messages asking for unpaid photos.

Contactless Policy

If you saw me somewhere and I took a photo of you, please don’t message asking for it. Check the galleries first.
If it’s not there, it usually means one of many very normal things happened: Out of focus, overexposed, underexposed, looked fine on the camera screen but not on the computer, weird framing… it happens all the time.
It does not mean I dislike you, ignored you, tricked you, or anything personal. Believe me, I don't keep photos for myself. Why would I?

PHOTOS

If you didn’t purchase images, please enjoy them from afar.

Q: You showed me the photo in your camera and it was excellent! Why didn’t it make it into the album?
A: Yes, you look amazing! Sometimes I save extraordinary photos for special projects — end-of-year albums, limited editions, or something spectacular. Don’t worry — if that’s the case, you will see the photo eventually.

Q: You took more photos of me. Where are they?
A: I delivered the best images. The others aren’t available.

Q: Even if it is bad. Can I have it anyway?
A: No. Only selected images are delivered.

Q: I don’t like a photo in your albums. Can you remove it?
A: It depends. Are you in the photo? The only person in the photo? If so, send me the link so I can consider your request.

Q: Well, I’m in the photo, but there are a couple of other people too.
A: Dude, those are my photos. Think about it this way: if I didn’t like any of your photos, would you go around deleting them from your website, gallery, or phone? Exactly. Since there are other people in the image, I generally wont remove it. But send me the link, it may be one of those cases...

Q: That’s my girlfriend in the photo!
A: Clearly, you have good taste — just like me, lol.

Q: But I saw you kissing her…
A: That’s not relevant to the photo. Unless the kiss is in the frame, it doesn’t affect the image.

Q: Hey, I love you!
A: I love you too and more, plus one.

Q: Hey, I hate you!
A: Good, let the hate flow through you! Your hate has made you powerful. Now fulfill your destiny and keep watching my photos.

Q: I saw you at this event. I assume someone paid you to be there and take my picture, so I have a say in what happens to that image, right?
A: Not quite. My client isn’t always the person in the photo. Sometimes it’s the promoter or venue, which means I retain full creative control over the project.

Q: But someone must be paying you, so I’ll boss you.
A: Not how it works. Sometimes I shoot on my own initiative and choose which events or people to support. Either way, I’m my own boss, retaining full creative control.

Q: Why do I have to Like the page to comment?
A: Back when I posted on Meta’s Facebook, this rule helped manage tagging issues and filter out trolls. Liking the page was a simple way to make sure only genuinely interested people could comment.

Q: You can’t take my picture without my consent. I didn’t sign any release!
A: That’s a common misconception. In most situations, consent or a release isn’t required to take a photo. Releases are typically about how an image is used, not whether it can be taken.

Q: I ignored your warnings and contacted you anyway. Someone else responded — who is that?
A: That was likely my assistant, Valentina. She manages social media and handles copyright matters. She’s trained as a lawyer, has plenty of experience dealing with annoying inquiries, special situations and people plus unlike me… she can (and will) put you in your place if you push it.

Q: No, no! I want you to answer me. I have legit questions — I promise not to waste your precious time.
A: In that case, you can gain direct access by purchasing the annual membership. Membership allows you to send me questions, suggestions, and messages, and guarantees that I’ll respond — all year long.

ALBUMS

As for album releases: Albums are released when I decide to release them.
If you didn’t pay for a guaranteed release timeline, the best option is to Like or Follow the page https://www.facebook.com/medcorpdesign, turn on notifications, and forget about it.
One day, you’ll be pleasantly surprised — new album ready to enjoy! Then you can safely Unlike or Unfollow if you want.

Q: You sound like a dictator. Who hurt you?
A: No — that’s the voice of experience. Imagine going out to some place, shoot and coming back to 30 messages: “Did you get my photo?” “Don’t forget to send it.” “When will it be online?” “I’m the one in the red dress — here’s a selfie so you remember.” “When is gonna be available the album?” Multiply that by every event. That’s why the rules exist.

Q: But there was this event where I saw you taking photos, and the album isn’t there. Why? When?
A: Maybe it was my twin brother. Maybe I’m saving that album for a special occasion. Maybe it’ll resurface as a ten-year anniversary edition of the same event — see where this is going? What I can guarantee is that the album will be published… eventually.

Q: But why you seem too strict with these contact rules!
A: My website gets 40,000–150,000 views per season. With that many visitors, my inbox was drowning in messages — mostly from people who hadn’t paid and felt entitled (because they appeared in a photo, attended or it was their event, or some other “creative” reason). These rules ensure that only genuinely interested people reach me.

Q: Really? Your page has that amount of traffic? Can I sponsor you?
A: Yes — I can share analytics, screenshots, or even a live demo of the backend. My audience averages 40,000 loyal followers, mostly in Canada, with smaller followings in Mexico, the US, Europe (mainly France), Turkey, and occasionally Germany, the UK, and Brazil. Sponsorship is possible, but final content decisions are always mine.

In the past, I’ve been partially sponsored by great business partners whose support helped bring my projects to life. These collaborations include headphones Beats by Dre and Parrot by Zik, eyewear partnerships with Armani Exchange, Chanel, Emporio Armani, and Oakley, and apparel collaborations with Aéropostale, American Eagle, Versace Jeans Couture, and Zara, alongside support from Canadian, Québec, and Montréal production incentive programs.

Q: But is it alwyas the same audience?
A: Depending on the album, I reach different audiences — perfect for generating interest, building awareness in new communities, and connecting with potential clients.

In other words; My audience is dynamic and diverse, and each album reaches different groups, which is also a selling point for visibility.

Q: Who looks at your photos anyway?
A: Mostly music lovers, but the audience isn’t limited. From ravers and party people to the best DJs and unexpected VIPs — yes, even the Queen of England saw my photos — it’s not exclusively parties.
